OUR PRODUCTION FACILITY

The TRENDS purpose-built production facility has the latest branding equipment, and our manufacturing processes and systems are constantly being refined, improved, and expanded to offer our customers a seamless service.

TRENDS has an in-house engineering department that works closely with our research and development team. With a full suite of innovative branding processes, many of which are unique to us, we are a trusted partner in promotional solutions.

OUR BRANDING SOLUTIONS

  • Pad Print

    One of the most popular and affordable branding processes, Pad Printing uses a silicone pad to transfer an image from a laser-etched plate onto the product.

  • Imitation Etch

    A unique ink is used in Pad Printing to produce an etch-like finish on glass products.

  • Digital Printing

    We provide a range of digital print solutions, including Direct Digital, Digital Labels and Rotary Digital Print for drinkware.

  • Embroidery

    An excellent way to brand textiles, including headwear and apparel, embroidery stitches rayon thread into the product, making the brand a permanent part of the product and creating a higher perceived value for the promotional product.

  • Laser Engraving

    A permanent branding process that etches artwork into the product using a laser.

  • Silicone Digital Print

    Developed in-house, this branding process is a world-first and allows for vibrant, full colour artwork to be printed on silicone products.

  • Rotary Screen Print

    Rotary Screen Printing is achieved by forcing ink through a fine mesh screen with a squeegee onto the product and is ideal for cylindrical objects.

  • Colourflex® Transfer

    Colourflex® transfers are printed using CMYK+W to produce vibrant, flexible and washable artwork that is applied to apparel and textiles

  • Screen Print

    Achieved by forcing ink onto the product through a fine mesh screen with a squeegee, screen printing is perfect for branding flat products.

  • Dye Sublimation

    Full colour artwork is printed onto transfer paper and heat pressed onto the product. This process is specifically for products with a special coating for sublimation print or suitable fabrics.

  • Debossing

    Also known as 'Blind' debossing, a custom-made heated metal plate is pressed onto the product, leaving a permanent impression of the artwork. Certain products allow for Thermo Debossing, where the material reacts to the heat and produces a unique two-tone effect.
